Account Manager

We are growing and have a few opportunities for experienced Account Managers (Super stars) to join our team in the Cambridge office. (Just off the 401 at Town line Road) Easy drive towards the country, instead of traffic heading into Toronto.

This position is from 8-5 Monday to Friday, but if you think you will get to the TOP of the sales board and make great money by running out the door at 5pm each day, then this role is not for you! Not that we are not promoting work/life balance, as we do… but this role will require you to work some nights past 5 to ensure you are on target for the next morning and be prepared to ROCK it each and every day… Trust us; you will be rewarded for your efforts! There will be some US travel required.


Essential Functions:
• Develop a key list of customers that have strong alignment with HFPI core values and vision. Further develop and maintain account plans for each key customer. Explore/determine cross selling opportunities.
• Represent HFPI at all times with high moral standards while adhering to HFPI’S “Code of Business Conduct and Ethics.”
• Travels regularly to solicit inquiries from regular and prospective customers and follow-up on current projects.
• Reports on project opportunities (e.g. call reports, business communications, etc.) on a regular basis.
• Participates in preparation, negotiation, and onboarding of clients.
• Work closely with team members of Business Development and Operations to identify key target customer and projects. Research, follow, meet, track and log the key project prospects.  Report on key project opportunities to the management team on a regular basis.

• Work closely with the HFPI management to coordinate executive level meet and greets with key customers on a routine basis.
• Make presentations to customers/prospective customers on the company’s varied products, services and overall capabilities. Sell HFPI “brand” value proposition and values, work to stimulate the market.


  • Qualifications:
  • 2-5 years’ experience in Account Management- with proven track records of your achievements.
  • Aggressive “HUNTER” style is required for growth
  • Strong on MS Office skills, Excel and Power Point
  • Experience with Sales software, Business Vision experience is an asset.
  • Experience in all aspects of relationship management.
  • Strong understanding of customer and market dynamics and requirements.
  • Consultative sales approach when determining solutions for customers.
  • Flexible attitude and demonstrated ability to go above and beyond to achieve success.
  • Ability to work both independently and within a team environment.
  • Superior communication skills (written and oral).
  • Must have valid driver’s licenses and valid Passport
